The Hundred Days

Thanks to time management issues and stuff I’m not going to talk about in public, it’s been a while since I posted anything substantial here, “substantial” in this context meaning something that requires a little more effort on my part than copy and paste.

Today, there are exactly 100 days left until the end of the year, and it also just so happens to be the 68th birthday of the world’s greatest living human being, both of which suggest to me that it’s an appropriate moment to attempt a Trumpetville reboot and start blogging daily, though I have no idea how long that is going to last.

The road to Westminster is paved with good intentions, as the saying goes.

Okay, a word or two from the world’s greatest living human being, just by way of easing ourselves into this gently.

Who did you think I meant?

  1. Cheers, Pete.

I read your opening to the second paragraph as, “Today, there are exactly 100 days left until the end of the world” and thought, Why am I always the last to find out about these things?

All good luck with your new daily blogging. Looking forward to it!
